Life is all about experiencing, while being open to all possibilities. The universe has pulled me to New York City. The city truly brings out an energy in me that I have never encountered. I am so excited to embark on this next chapter of my life. I will be leaving an amazing yoga community in Boston. I am genuinely blessed to have met such amazing yogis and yoginis on my spiritual path.
Possessing an exuberant teaching style, classes are Vinyasa inspired, focusing on alignment, assists and well thought out sequences. I allow my students to learn, live, play and grow in an open and non-judgmental space. I completed my 200-hour teacher training course with David Vendetti in June 2008.
