This potentially may be the only retreat Maura & I lead in 2011, so if you’ve been on the fence in the past, consider this Rejuvenating Yoga Retreat as a time to tend to your inner self.  Experience a 3 day immersion into yoga asana, breath awareness, inner stillness and the subtle energetic body.  The spring is a great way to start fresh, a wonderful time for rebirth and renewal as we delve into the summer months!

Three delicious vegetarian meals will be served each day!  All rooms are shared at Sky Meadow Retreat Center.  Cost for all inclusive 3 day yoga retreat is $550.  A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your spot.  Past retreats have filled quickly, as we have room for 14 participants.
